Surveyroof was instructed to carry out a comprehensive independent roof survey across approximately 9,000 m² of mixed waterproofing systems at the ASDA Superstore in Pilsworth, Bury. The roof comprised a combination of mineral felt, single ply membrane and liquid waterproofing — each requiring a different testing approach.

The Right Test, Not The Only Test
Most roof problems are not visible from the surface. A membrane can look sound and still be breached; a stain inside a building is often nowhere near the point of water entry.
Getting to an accurate answer means selecting the correct method for the roof in front of you, which is why we maintain the full range rather than one specialism.
