Drone Roof Condition Survey Report
Project Overview
Surveyroof was instructed to carry out a visual roof condition survey to assess areas where traditional on-roof access was either impractical or unnecessary. This project focused on pitched and tiled roof areas, where electronic testing methods are not suitable.
To complete the survey safely and efficiently, we utilised a 249g drone alongside remote cameras mounted on extension poles, allowing detailed inspection without the need for scaffolding, access equipment, or working at height.

Although Surveyroof specialise in electronic leak detection and on-roof testing, drone surveys form a valuable part of our service offering where a visual-only inspection is the most appropriate solution.

Outcome for the Client

Where visual inspection alone was insufficient, recommendations were provided for more detailed on-roof or electronic testing.
